This agreement applies to all wellness center owners who register with PulseZen. Please read carefully before registering.

Clause 1

Member Data & Consent Responsibility

You, as the wellness center owner, are solely responsible for obtaining consent from your members before submitting their photos, testimonials, or any personal data to PulseZen.

      By registering with PulseZen, you confirm that every individual whose photo or testimonial appears on your center page has given their permission. PulseZen will not be held legally liable for any data published without proper member consent.
    

If a member requests removal of their photo or testimonial, you must inform PulseZen immediately. We will remove the content within 48 hours of receiving the request.

Clause 2

Content Accuracy

All information, photos, and testimonials you provide must be accurate and genuine. The following are strictly prohibited:

Fabricated or exaggerated transformation results
Stock photos presented as real member results
Fake reviews or testimonials
Photos of individuals who have not consented

Violation of this clause will result in immediate page removal without refund.

Clause 3

Health Claims

You agree to use only soft, factual language when describing member results. PulseZen is a wellness platform — not a medical service.

      ✅ Allowed: "supports weight loss", "improved energy", "helped gain healthy weight"

      ❌ Not allowed: "cures obesity", "treats diabetes", "guaranteed results"

Every before/after photo on your page must display the disclaimer: "Results may vary. Individual results depend on consistency, diet and lifestyle factors."

Clause 4

Copyright & Photos

You confirm that:

All photos submitted are owned by you or your members
You have permission to use any photo you submit
No third-party copyrighted images are used
Branding, logos, or product names of any third-party nutritional or wellness company will not appear on your PulseZen page

Clause 5

Payment & Subscription

PulseZen subscriptions are billed monthly. The following conditions apply:

Payment is due at the start of each month
Non-payment will result in page deactivation after a 7-day grace period
No refunds are issued for partial months
Pricing may be revised with 30 days advance notice

Clause 6

Area Exclusivity

Area exclusivity is confirmed only after payment is received. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee exclusivity.

Exclusivity is granted per locality — one center per locality. PulseZen reserves the right to define locality boundaries. If two centers apply for the same locality, the first to complete payment receives exclusivity.

      Once exclusivity is granted to a center in your locality, no competing center will be listed in that same locality for the duration of your active subscription.
    

Clause 7

Termination

PulseZen reserves the right to remove any center page that violates these terms without prior notice or refund. Grounds for termination include:

Publishing member data without consent
Fabricated results or fake testimonials
Medical claims or misleading health information
Non-payment beyond the grace period
Any content that damages the reputation of PulseZen

Clause 8

Disputes

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mutual discussion first. PulseZen's decision on content removal and policy violations is final.

By registering, you agree that PulseZen is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of business, or reputation damage arising from the use or removal of your center page.
